<not familiar with the Baxter fiasco> Cardinal and Baxter were to merge/takeover... both in the drug wholesale business. Govt is expected to NOT allow the merger based on ani-trust grounds...they would control 80% or so of the market. SAM is Sam Adams brewery...check out the chart and the fundamentals... I've been buying for a couple of months now. DAK
