Sorry I haven't posted for a while, I've been out of town and away from my computer. Unfortunately I'll also be away for the next little while so I maybe won't be able to post for a while. I talked to the company this weekend, and as I said in my previous posts, they are still negotiating the deal with CDI (Spinner Records). I think they have flushed out a lot of the details, but they wouldn't share any of it with me. The most I could get out of them was that a lot of questions should be answered next week. They do of course know I have a big stake in the company with all the shares I have purchased, and they promised that I wouldn't be disappointed and could look forward to the deal progressing rapidly from here. I'm sure everyone has noticed the good week MKD has had on the market. The stock closed at its highest over the past couple of months, despite this being the month end. The VSE closed higher due to run-up of gold to $300, but MKD finished strong because someone is accumulating. There have been strong bids from different houses all week, which gradually cleared up all the elevens and twelves. The slow but constant pressure tells me that some experienced players are in the market. I am very glad I have been able to bring this company forward at this stage. It has been slowly developing, and everyone has had ample opportunity to position themselves. This is tighter now though, and anyone who wishes to take a significant position may already have run out of enough cheap stock. March should be a very good month with a negotiated deal, enough time for a firm business plan to be presented and market that recognizes the potential of this stock.
