George, Excuse me for butting in here, but I don't see the relevance. This appears to be an agreement to lay a cable that does not even exist at present. I don't know how long it takes to get all of the permits, have the cable built, laid and hooked up but I would think that Joe will probably have DCI sold by then. If not, then with deregulation and assuming we wanted access to the new cable, I don't see how we could be excluded. Just my thoughts. James
