You're right. If you're a little more familiar with the product, you won't mind the "trivial" things like cartridges going bad, strange noises, rattling, not accepting cartridges, clicking and whining, not reading cartridges, not ejecting, and dead drives.
As long as we discount those trivial complaints, SparQ seems to work like a champ.
