SIGA looks very good, I definitely will be watching, Nice cup and handle. Has 0.5 P/S and good earnings growth. It does has 140% D/E which always is scary, but expected in small cos. Did you notice FTIC to 13 and ALNK to 23; they only need to go a little lower. Great stocks. jim
