george,
You are looking at this the wrong way. Question, does DCI own the satellite systems in the sky or the cable under the sea to Europe? No they do not, they buy time as they need to, to fulfill there transmission needs. Just because a big consortium is going to lay a new cable south of the border, this has no bearing on DCI directly. I would assume that this space would be open to buy blocks of time on just like the satellite system or the European cable. Even if that is not so then the current systems in place would probably lose customers to the new cable opening up more and cheaper space on existing systems. Also, DataWave has nothing to do with this conversation. That is strictly a Canadian venture. I would have to assume that you are actually talking about WorldPass, SA is only a piece of that pie not the whole thing.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
