You have a lot of contacts...you say John Young should do something, then why don't you give him a call and tell it like it is?

You don't have to be confrontational if you don't like Joe's style, just explain to him that we need more people on the BOD that understand the Internet and Novell's technology, people that can make sure that we don't have to wait a year and a half before we get a web server from Netscape because nobody on the BOD has contacts with the younger companies in the industry or can't understand the advantage of partnering with them or even what the Internet is all about until its already happened with the growth going to other companies.

Because in case you didn't notice it, this BOD missed the Internet boat when it left port and didn't wake up until Eric Schmidt (not even their first choice) came on board. Marengi was their man.

If you can't do that then don't tell about your contacts and how you are doing something for Novell by being a "Bull" on an Internet thread. That and $1.50 will get you a ride on the New York City subway.

Incidentally if you are using Novell in your trading operation, talk trading technology infrastructure to me. At least there you might be tempted to reserve the word pathological for NOVL's real enemies. Or are you not using Novell?
