Thanks Bob, Pokin' around on the ad network at simweb simweb.com helped a bunch at raising my comfort level. I tried Jens suggestion: another way to see what is behind the ads: eg. Go to wall street search net - search news - stop the page-load before showing the banner - Then you will see a frame saying: SOFTBANK AD NET but, could not find SOFTBANK frame. Guess I am not stopping at right time. Thanks to you both Dan
