BD, This is really out of my area, but LGND does have a poison pill provision to discourage hostile takeovers. I think that LGND shareholders would benefit more from this provision (unless LGNDW shareholders exercised early). Benefit is related to number of shares of LGND. I don't recall any provision tied to LGNDW.
