Newt has already faded away? I don't think so, I see him on all of the Clinton ads--every shot of Dole in their ads has Newt right there with him. And believe me, he WILL be the center of attention as long as the Democrats want to scare the public. The liberal press has made Newt out to be the Devil, and the Demos love it and play on it. Ask any Joe Sixpack on the street what he thinks about Newt and he will say "Oh my gosh, he's such a bad guy..." Then ask the same guy what has Newt done to make him feel that way, and he won't have a clue--"Well, because the press says he's a bad guy." The sad thing is that Newt is a really intelligent guy, and besides, anyone on Capital Hill whose background isn't being an attorney should get bonus points for it! Sadder still is that the Demos advertise and campaign like the Joe Sixpacks of the country don't have a freaking clue about what is going on, and you know what--the polls prove they're right in their assessment of the public.
