Ryan Weisman,

Before you call the superintendent lazy you should get a few more facts from someone besides BCMD office personnel.

First thing, check the lazy super's mine log and see how many weekends your lazy mine super worked. Even at the end when he was so sick he couldn't hardly stand up with walking pneumonia. While your new general mine manager was still the mill superintendant and going home every weekend.

Later on when the weather was still good your new mine manager was too busy staying in at he main office instead of running ore and pouring ounces like he should had been. When your lazy super got tired of the fact that there was no one in charge at the mill and everyone with a mill problem or someone trying to get in touch with you mill superintendent (now your new mine manager) your lazy mine super tried to get your CEO to make your mill superintendent stay at the mill and do his job while the weather was still good. He (your lazy mine super) was told not to worry about it and within the next two weeks was dismissed. Gee, what is going on there Mr. Weisman with you new mine manager and CEO?

Second thing, check the miners yourself right now and see how your production has dropped. That is the ones that are still there and haven't quit or got fired. BCMD might have some pretty good paper production right now but if you really, really want to know then check with the workers that are sill there. If you are so quick to judge someone from hear-say, out of the BCMD office, then get off your lazy computer and go to the mine. Go to the mine and ask the workers at the mine for yourself what is going on with the old super and the new mine manager and see what they say. You may come away with a different look at BCMD.

Third thing, If I were you I'd be real careful who I called lazy. There could be a problem falsely accusing someone of something they are not.

You want to know about your lazy super, check his last employer and while you are at it check your new mine managers work record also(It was at the same mine). Find out what kind of manager you CEO just put in charge of your investment.

If you are not in on what is going on then maybe you ought to dig a little deeper and find out what you CEO and your new mine manager are really doing? Your new mine manager is already using the term to his workers, quote"when the new owners take over", unquote. Are you one of them Mr. Weisman?

Regards,
RealTruth
