Hi Roebear,

Here is a response to your pep letter of Feb. 26th. Seems someone at BCMD is pulling your chain in reference to the great MSHA inspection. BCMD must have forgotten to tell you that inspection was when Stan was still there and took place sometime in the middle of January and did pass with flying colors. But BCMD didn't tell you about the inspection that took place on or about the 23rd of Feb., under the new general mine manager. Seems he stopped work on the secondary escape way which is required by law (because he didn't want to waste manpower to comply with the law). That cost BCMD a $3,500.00 fine and now has MSHA inspectors coming back every two weeks to monitor your new mine managers' progress on the escape way, under the threat of a mine closure act. Contact Mary Lou George, MSHA inspector, 707-447-9842. Sorry you are getting strung out, Roebear, unless you are part of the new mine owners, that the new mine manager keeps telling his workers about, that will soon be taking over.

To your reference of the 800 tons stockpiled at the mill, running .3 to .8 per ton. The tonnage is more like 400 tons and the assays are doubtful. When your new mine manager was suppose to be running the mill and the same 800 tons (really 400) was sitting there and the weather was good, it could had been ran then, but, your new mine manager (then the mill superintendent) wouldn't leave the BCMD office where he was too involved with your CEO and their new secret deal that you will hear about very soon.

Hang in there Roebear, CALOSHA (like OSHA only for mines) for the state of California hasn't been there yet to check the secondary escape way. I wonder what that is going to cost. What do you think Sterling is going to think of the new owners that your new mine manager keeps talking about.

I wonder when BCMD will change their name to Bre-X II.

Regards, RealTruth
