You win Marcos, will use correct Canadian spelling in the future. The problem with BC business moving to Alberta is the high rate of taxation: - Provincial Sales Tax - Higher Provincial Tax rates on income - Worst yet: 1% Capital Tax which raised approx C$400+mm last year for the NDP. I see red thinking about it. pun intended Calgary is the beneficiary of this NDP capital foolish government. Why would anyone have anything but a branch subsidiary in BC with as little capital as possible! Best regards, Ron E
