As reported by the WSJ, the following story might account for the
market strength of NSCP on Friday, 2/28/98.
"Several other Internet-related companies saw dramatic gains following
President Clinton's endorsement ... of a moratorium on new taxes
on Internet commerce.
Search engines Infoseek, Lycos and Excite all posted significant gains. Santa Clara, Calif., Infoseek rose 1 7/16 to 16 7/16, Lycos, of
Farmingham, Mass., gained 1 5/8 to 41 5/16, and Excite, of Mountain
View, Calif., climbed 3 1/16 to 47 1/4."
