Joe, What Blackstar was saying is that the Softbank mentioned in the articles you are looking at is the company that sold 65% of Softbank Interactive Marketing (SIM) to Zulu-tek. It is not the company in which Zulu-tek has a percentage. That is why Zulu-tek has to change the name of SIM. Regards, Aleta
