Michael, If Intel is growing at 10% per quarter, then maybe the PE of 16 is high. But if Intel is growing at a much greater rate (3Q earnings up 41%), then a PE of 16 is incredibly low. Intel has never really been fairly priced and in reality the PE should at least be in the 20 to 25 range to reflect the explosive and consistent earnings growth that Intel has been experiencing.
