Perhaps you can help me understand why anybody would buy an IPO of a company that will be last to market, have a ton of debt, and have no competitive advantage versus the guys already in the market. The only question now is can a small part of Nextwave survive or will the entire company sink like the Titanic? What is the latest on the MCI contract? How many minutes have been used? Zero? Too bad. Who are Nextwave's underwriters this time? Nobody. Help me understand why this isn't a disaster.
