Welcome back! I wondered where you where? Here in the Alps we still don't have the Spring snow that keeps the pists soft and powdery
throughout Feb. March, and April! Maybe it is El Ninio effect??

I may just keep MOT. I can't efford to sell with a loss, but I hate
these creeps at MOT managment! The rest of my investments are doing
well and as you see, MOT has an humbling effect! GG
