Aaron/Jerry, here is the data I have from Thomson showing insider sales and positions. It doesn't look like the "top" insiders have sold too much. Also, insider sales are not nearly as significant as insider buying and holding. Many insiders will sell to finance a house or education, or simply to fully realize their compensation. But they will only buy and hold for one reason: to make money.
Also, what are your thoughts on the split action. I bought in at 78 1/8. My feeling is that a split in a high priced stock is often followed by a bit of an upside move. Any thoughts on this?
