Your understanding of the statement is crystal clear. It seems to me though that less 'poetic' and more 'straight forward' would be in order. "Kimberlite has been intersected in the first two magnetic anomolies drilled in the 1998 program. These two anomolies are located approximately 30 km east of earlier discoveries." The "reflections..." statement has generated more than a few questions by more casual and less "geophysical" people than your and myself.
