The reason for the additional shares becomes clearer! I'm not sure I'm going for it or not. But it looks like they just announced an acquisition. I'm waiting for it to appear over a news service. I got a call from my source early this morning that it was being announced. Interesting that it's not NTRX like everyone thought. Unless that's coming later.. I guess it's a good move if it will be accretive to earnings but the last acquisition doesn't seem to have helped. I'll post more later when I can actually see it on the wire. Good Luck. R..
