I think what I was saying was that I won't get sebl stock equivalent to what I paid in actual $ for the scop stock. (Based on today's price). But in thinking about it, it doesn't matter because this is a perfect way to get rid of my scop stock(which I have wanted to do for a while now)and put the money into something that has significant appreciation potential. Assuming this is a stock transaction.
