Hello Lawrence, At this point it looks like TT is holding up nicely. I thought it might have sold off some, but I think the stock price already reflects the trooper court case... As far as I am concerned, big deal, they won and we can put this crap behind us... Once we get more plants built, this stuff will not matter. My broker told me about some serious problems they are having in Toronto regarding the incinerators. He said that there was something in the newspaper regarding this problem. Can anyone confirm? Anyway, the incinerators are on there last leg and the city of Toronto is getting nervous. I heard that TT might have a meeting with them... I think the city does 6000 ton a day, that is enough for 10 plants.... I will see if I can find any more information.. Regards, Frank
