This was posted on another thread, addressed to me. I am providing the link for all. It is yet ANOTHER DUV article that does not mention CYMI by name. I cannot believe it. CYMI gets the award for the most dramatic news story where they don't even exist. I have 2 things to say: FIRE your IR and Marketing Staff since they add no shareholder or strategic value to your company. Second, I recommend everyone dust off your printers and make a hard copy of this link below. Consider it a future reference document for DUV technology. It is very nicely done, good pictures, and will help us discussing things down the road. I do not know how long it will remain since these things have a habit of refreshing to new stories.
