Nathan, So good to hear from you. The rehab center is loving the range of motion on my arm. I can almost lift it straight up already. the other stats are good to. i'll remember the degrees after wednesdays visit. it really hurts after they get through with me<ggg> the exercises are at no pain. but, when they poke and pull it awhile.. there is pain during that.
