Announcement out - SEBL to buy SCOP. Price is about 22/share ($460MM).

Boy, I can't even picture Ori working for Tom.

So, to use a comp on VNTV:

On revenue, it's 5X trailing - that would give VNTV a price of about 22.

On P/E, it's about 75 trailing - giving VNTV a price of about 60.

On premium to market, it's about 50% - giving VNTV a price of about 42.

You pick it.

ON the one hand, this eliminates a competitor. On the other, it gives VNTV a tougher one. It will take a quarter or two to assimilate SCOP - gives VNTV a short term break. I suppose that it won't make a huge difference, actually.
