Kas1 - well don't I look silly! Mac corrected me - the actual figure is 40 man-years (I knew it had a forty in their somewhere). It was late and I will feign tiredness - but I obviously hadn't thought through the figure as you had - sorry! Carolyn p.s. I agree with you on most conference calls - however, study the investor materials, the income and balance sheets, the accounting methods, etc. and you will discover how conservatively this company manages its growth. Consistent earnings surprises (by 1 to 3 cents), consistent growth in earnings and revenue (Ron has admitted to managing to 45% growth) - next time listen in and I think that you will find it worthwhile.
