Yes, but that would be the second 'buy' signal. IOM is in a tested short term bullish trend already, and it has a vertical count price objective of 14.35. You could wait for the 2nd buy and look for the 2.5 point gain. Or if you have confidence in IOM, you could get it here and watch it to see if it can pierce R1 and R2. You may tie your money up in IOM longer buying now because of the potential stalling that may occur at the resistance points.
