A general question to the thread ..... before President Clinton made his statements about e-commerce and taxation, the search engines (Infoseek excluded) and some other internet stocks seemed to be on the slippery slope after making relatively quick gains. I was expecting this to continue ... Excite to the high 30's for instance (38 support level?), before any recovery. The weakness seems to be showing up again today ... any opinions ???.Also, if Excite breaks through 38, the climb to that level from the 31+ level occurred in a couple of days mid-January which suggests 32 is the next support level... if anyone could give me a TA analysis/opinion I would be very grateful as it would seem that pulling the trigger in the high 30's may hold some sizable risks should there be some unforeseen bad news (ie Asia...) announced at the wrong time. Thanks in advance !
