Thanks for the response. If that's arbitrage I can see how these guys make their money. I kept looking at this earlier and decided at 18 1/8 scop was a value..at least for now. So rather than overanalyze I bought some figuring worst case I end up with sebl stock. But it's gone up over a point since then.

With respect to buying sebl on a dip. It appears (so far today at least)that sebl hit its resistance at 55 and seems to be moving slowly up from there. Hopefully this continues.
