John, I'm confused.

Let me explain the way it is SUPPOSED to work:

You should see the order form in the UPPER frame. The upper frame should NEVER be replaced. You shouldn't ever need to use the back button or re-load the frame. Your pending orders should always be waiting.

The return page should go in the BOTTOM frame. The only thing it should replace is the response from the PREVIOUS order, which you should have already seen, unless you are placing orders VERY quickly.

There's something going wrong when saving the files to the local hard disk. Wish I could figure out what it is so that I can update the instructions.

You should have three files on your local hard disk:

se.html
se_order.html
se_help.html

The one that you should open is se.html. When you initially open it, you should see an order form in the upper frame and help in the lower frame. If you click on any of the links in the bottom row of the top frame, you should get a Datek page in the lower frame.

There COULD be an issue with ".htm" vs ".html" if you are running under Windows 3.1, but I don't think this should be a problem. That is, under 3.1 you should be able to save these as ".htm" and it should work anyway.

If you are using Windows95, NT, or mac, you MUST name the files ".html", NOT ".htm" or the lower frame will NOT be found. (But, still, the Datek pages should target the lower frame!)
