serigo, Alamo was an old business that the company feels is not important because of the One Medical deal. A number of items add to the 4.5 million including a write down of an investment in CanCall Cellular. The details are found in the Jan. 30th 8 k that you can access on Edgar. Of course the question about the symbol changes has already been answered. The four founders were pressured out by outside directors. Will have to check on their stock. You may be able to check. The pending lawsuit does not involve the IPO. Note 15 of the 6/97 10k summarizes the current litigation. Also can be found on Edgar. Hope this helps. Busy Monday!
