Let me try to answer your questions, partially. Insider selling.
Some insider selling are reasonable. After all, everyone has the
right to take profits. But too much insider selling do imply some problems. Check out THQI, the price runs from $6.00 to $30.00. I did not find any insider selling.

I suspect today has another huge insider selling.
