I do have to say something.... The PURE absurdity of naming bob johnson in this lawsuit should prove to EVERYONE on this thread that Paul Ebeling is out of control. Threatning to put other posters on this thread in the lawsuit should also be a very visible sign that Paul Ebeling has become one very desperate individual. I will say this as a VERY sincere gesture. If you DO NOT want your name put in a ridiculous and frivolous lawsuit, I would keep my negative comments against Ebeling and TEIM to myself. It will save yourself quite a bit of money and time. I would suggest using the new 'private message' feature on SI. Although none of the garbage in the lawsuit is true, you'll still have to devote some time and money in dealing with the matter. Maybe we can start a John & Jane Does 1-15 defense fund :o) I'll be the first contributor...
