Leveraging their tools to a partner who will cover a market segment
that ISLI could not cover due to resources is a good business
strategy especially when the business has some degree of perishability
and it becomes incremental business. Any additional feel for this
possibility? Also, today's acquisition is positive for many reasons
one of which is that it highlites a non-Y2K business segment which
will continue after the Y2K business peaks. Sometimes, I wish the
company was not in the Y2K index. It takes away from the other
business segments visibility and importance.
