David- you should not use the margin rate to do the caculation. You need to use net income to revenue ratio to calculate the net income. What you calculated, it turns out your net income/revenue ratio is below 10, and that is totally incorrect.

secondly, overhead costs continue to remain mild from my sources.

third, PWAV did buy back 500,000 shares during this quarter so you need to deduct another 500,000 shares from earning per share
