>>..So in conclusion, While MSFDC is advertising 'Free' to banks, they are just Charging (passing the buck) the Billers more. IMHO

Could be one of their biggest pit falls,IMO. In fact I am 'banking' on it. Like I have said before, and still believe, this will put a bad taste in the mouth of the payer. Rational: "Why should I have to pay A LOT for this service while the banks get a kick back just for permitting MSFDC to handle my payments."

It's even more appauling than the disgusting service charge they tack on to ATM transactions. If CKFR were doing the same, than there would be no choice. Sign up for bill payments, and pay dearly for it. This is not the case , yet. And I think MSFDC may have to re-evaluate who pays, and how much before they get a flood of people signing up. "People" being the key word. For the banks, it it too apparent to all that MSFDC has to reel in the banks some how. And this is it. "Free to banks." But if the masses don't like it, than the banks will have to foot some of the price. Hence CKFR, and liberation from MSFTs monopoy. This is all in my most humble opinion. A.W.
