David, Re: convertible preferreds, I'd feel a lot less at ease if there weren't a hand full of insiders buying. I suspect they have a better handle on the disposition of these shares. In fact, they may be the owners of some of them. Weren't some of the convertibles payment to Pete, et al, for their companies? Or did they get options?

Also, is it possible that some of the insider buying is actually conversion of these preferreds? Or does the SEC filing specify that it's open market?

As someone pointed out recently, Osicom didn't have authorization to exceed 20 million shares before January 31, so at least we know the upper limit. But again, insider buying makes me feel more comfortable.
