I guess that's why people are spending at least $37,500 to join.
(up to 75,000 it looks like in some cases.)
Also they claim to have 50 different utilities committed.
(All paying? I don't know.)
That's more clients than Tpro claims to have.

With respect to "competition" Doc you are playing semantics or word games.

You can have co-operation within a group but that group competes with another group or entitiy - in this case Tava.

EPRI is charging $75,000 for a product which clearly promises to supply everything and more that Tava's CD promises to supply.

That's a competitive product.

People who use it don't have to go to TAVA for the CD.

The non-competitive means they work together as industry or group to solve the problem - all aspects of it. (i.e. Database, inventory, assessment, solutions.)

That's even worse for Tava and makes the program even more competitive to Tava.
