If EPRI is competing with TAVA, then it sounds as if TAVA's price is very competitive. Other factors such as their national and international presence, as well as their prestigious list of clientele makes TAVA a formidable competitor. With that said, I believe a competitive product is important. It legitimizes TAVA's offering as well as gives the client a price comparison.

The average cost of TAVA's toolset ranges between $20,000 and $40,000 if the client chooses to run their components against TAVA's growing compliance database. If not, the price stays below $10,000 and can cost as little as $2,500 for the methodology alone. A competitor's product makes TAVA's seem like a bargain, but TAVA can also provide manpower to help in the remediation process where necessary, and with an international presence.

So what's the problem?
