OTEXF's products have more powerful groupware-like functions whereas DCTM's have far more powerful document management features It's a bit like comparing apples and oranges. Yes they do compete against each other but it's rarely that OTEXF will win for its doc.mgmt. functionality and it's equally rare for DCTM to win for its group collaboration capabilities :-)
