Scott: Some really solid and well thoughtout points, as usual. I can tell you management is aware of the problems and shareholder frustrations...and is trying to address those issues. As for the newsletter, I am working with HH to address and discuss issues in his President's letter on the STAX web site. Hopefully, we can do that in the next couple of weeks. He, currently, is out of the country. Jim Drewitz
