The TAD has hit your local supermarket. Check out your current weekly throw-away newspaper. There's an article entitled:

DIVERSIFIED CASH FLOW INDUSTRY RISING.

"Using funds from a pool of investors, these diversified cash flows (DCF = TAD) help companies get cash advances in return for the "purchase" of uncollected invoices. Businesses or individuals who need money to fill large projects or have used their lines of credit may try this option instead of a bank loan."

"Basically, businesses and individuals using diversified cash flow (TAD) are selling promised income for cash today. There are a variety of benefits. A loan places a debt on your balance sheet and costs you interest. In contrast, diversified cash flow puts money in the bank without creating any obligations."

"Those using diversified cash flow (TAD) have some flexibility in making financial arrangements. 'We are not bound by restrictions like banks.' Nationwide there is approximately $3 trillion invested in the cash flow industry."

And you thought only Amos was cooking the rice.
