Well, something isn't right about the way I'm getting the quotes, then. I had one stamped 1:13PM and it was the quote for 1:13PM not 1:40PM, which was a slightly different quote, given by my broker at 1:40PM. When a quote is stamped with a particular time, that is the time that the trade took place. I don't think they'd say 1:13 and mean that that trade took place much later in the day.
