Thank you for the possible explanation. However, my immediate response is - this theory is inconsistent with the price movement of dell and other tech issues, many of which have reacted the same way today. CPQ cfo clamming up doesn't really cut it in light of the fact that dell and others starting heading south around 2:00 p.m. as well.
