I think it's obvious (based on the injunction ruling) that the judge thought Iomega's "test" results were as dubious as I do. I eagerly await Nomai's own scientific tests to be presented in a court of law.
Don't forget, part of the judge's ruling lifting the injunction was stated to the effect of Zip drive failure did not need the presence of Nomai discs to occur. The drives and discs failed even with Iomega Brand discs only.
