Francis, I know many are getting impatient but I am simply giving Bernard and AVAL a chance to get this financing and pending acquisition. I don't feel it will be too much longer until we do have some news. I don't know why we have seen stock activity at the bid or near the bid unless someone was setting on the bid to try to buy more as it would make no sense to sell down here for anyone including insiders. I have been gone and not had a chance to talk to Bernard as he has been extremely busy lately. I did talk to some potential investors in Chicago this weekend that want packets mailed to them. I have no doubt in AVAL going to higher levels as they progress in their business plan so I am not worrying to much about the stock as anyone wanting in now can buy' some very reasonalbly priced paper. We all know there is not much stock out in the market especially under 30 cents. I'll update here when I can but still believe we will see alot of news out over the coming weeks. Chad Beemer
