First, I should correct what I said before regarding the Am Eco's 85 cents for the quarter. I should have said 35 cents - or more likely 37 cents which would be 85% growth over 4th quarter 96.

Yeah, I don't like delays on earnings, although I really think it has nothing to do with missing or anything wrong. The days that earnings come out, many people put stop losses on their stock before heading off to work, to protect them should they miss. If no earnings come out, and a few sell, short etc, then you can trigger a cascade of selling by hitting the different stop losses.

We are now trading at a P/E of 7.5 on 98 earnings, and that's before any additions to earnings from DBCO. Can't be much more downside with a stock that has had an average earnings growth rate of 83% over the last 5 years.
