Finally, I'm going to put all of this confusion about the earnings date to rest. During the past few minutes I have spoken with both Jeff Brommer and Martin Swarzman, CEO and president of Henley. It appears that both of these gentlemen are in complete agreement that a press release is coming out tomorrow which will essentially be the earnings on the major subsidiary of Henley, their recent acqiuisition called Magra. This company is for all practical purposes Henley (a holding company) as it is basically their crown jewel.

This is actually THE PRESS RELEASE that everyone is expecting and that has everyone in an uproar. Now, to explain further, the complete year-end press release for Henley itself is coming out sometime after March 31st, not March 15th to 20th as was originally stated by Mr. Swarzman. I have confirmed directly from him that this was his mistake and that he must have given out the wrong date. He further went on to state that the full year-end release can't be done until the results from this month are audited including this quarter ending on March 31st, so there may be a short time lag for this release coming obviously early in April.

To all investors on the thread: I'm sure that Mr. Swarzman joins me in a humble apology for the confusion all of this has created on this thread and in Jeff's office! I hope everyone still in will enjoy the benefits of the release which should most definitely be out tomorrow.
