Thanks for the correction, Michael. I knew Legend was doing the game, and I just assumed Legend would be the publisher, too.

I agree completely. That's why Apogee has never pursued anything but being a developer (though we do shareware generated direct sales, but that is a very simple to manage and high-profit task, nothing like retail publishing). As I said previously, a business that's focused typically beats a business that is not.
